Oswego County Restoration is a local referral service. When you call us, we take a few details and pass them to a licensed, insured local restoration contractor so they can call you back. This page explains exactly what we collect, who sees it, and how to have it removed.
Who we are
Oswego County Restoration is a trade name of Domina Holdings LLC, a New York limited liability company. We are an independently owned referral service serving all of Oswego County. We are not a restoration contractor, we employ no crews, and we do not perform restoration work. We connect homeowners with licensed, insured local contractors.
Information we collect
When you call us
Our intake line is answered by an automated assistant. During the call we ask for, and record:
- the phone number where a contractor can call you back;
- the property address, including the town;
- your name, if you choose to give it — it is optional and never required;
- a description of the situation you're calling about (for example, a burst pipe or a sewage backup).
We also automatically receive the phone number you are calling from, along with the time and length of the call.
Call recording
Calls to our line are recorded. You hear a recording notice at the beginning of every call, before any information is collected. If you prefer not to be recorded, hang up before speaking.
When you visit this website
This site has no contact forms, no accounts, and no logins — it is built to be a phone number and a few paragraphs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). If you reached this site from an online advertisement, the advertising platform may record that the visit or call occurred so we can tell which ads are working.
How we use your information
- To connect you with a licensed, insured local restoration contractor who can help with your situation.
- To follow up with you about the call you placed.
- To review recordings for quality and accuracy.
- To keep the records our business needs to operate, and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
The whole point of calling us is to reach a contractor, so we share your name (if given), callback number, property address, and a description of the problem with the local restoration contractor we connect you with — that is what allows them to call you back and help.
Beyond that, we share information only with the service providers who run the phone, call recording, and messaging systems on our behalf, and only so they can operate those systems for us. We also share information where the law requires it.
We do not sell your information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.
Text messages
We use text messages in two limited ways. Both are transactional — we do not send marketing or promotional texts.
If you called us
After you call and ask to have a contractor call you back, you may receive one confirmation text about that request, sent from the local number we use for messaging.
If you are a contractor partner
Contractor partners who have agreed to receive lead alerts get one message per lead — typically fewer than fifteen messages per week. Consent is given verbally during a recorded onboarding call, and the date of that consent is logged.
Frequency, rates, help, and opting out
- Message frequency varies. Homeowners: one message per call you place to us. Contractor partners: one message per lead.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply HELP for help, or email us at the address below.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation, and nothing after that.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Automated calls
Contractor partners who have agreed to receive lead alerts may also receive an automated voice call delivering the details of a new lead. Consent is given verbally during a recorded onboarding call, and can be withdrawn at any time by telling us or emailing the address below.
How long we keep it
We keep call recordings, transcripts, and lead details for as long as we need them to run and account for the service — generally no more than two years — unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold. Email us and we'll tell you what information we have about you.
- Ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll delete your details and any recording of your call, unless we're legally required to keep them.
- Stop texts by replying STOP; stop alert calls by emailing or telling us.
Please send privacy requests by email rather than calling — our phone line is staffed for water damage emergencies and isn't set up to handle them.
Children
This service is meant for property owners and residents. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
